2. Blockchain Data
Transactions on the Arbitrum network are public and immutable. Your wallet address and all on-chain activity associated with it are permanently visible on the blockchain. Predixa cannot modify, anonymize, or delete blockchain records. We encourage you to consider the public nature of on-chain activity before interacting with the Platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain Platform functionality; detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity; analyze usage patterns to improve user experience; communicate service updates and security notices; comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including WalletConnect and Reown AppKit for wallet connectivity, and Arbitrum for blockchain infrastructure. These services operate independently and have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies before connecting your wallet or using their services.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and improve your overall experience on the Platform. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though doing so may affect certain Platform functionality. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising.

We retain off-chain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. On-chain data remains permanently on the Arbitrum blockchain and cannot be removed. You may request deletion of off-chain profile data by contacting our support team.
