Introduction
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Predixa ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms govern all activity on the Platform including placing predictions, withdrawing funds, and interacting with smart contracts deployed on the Arbitrum network.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Predixa. Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law. You represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in prediction markets is restricted or prohibited. By connecting your wallet and using the Platform, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. Prediction Markets
Predixa provides a decentralized prediction market platform where users may place predictions on real-world outcomes. All market activity is governed by smart contracts deployed on the Arbitrum blockchain. Predixa does not act as a counterparty to any prediction. Market outcomes are determined by objective criteria and independent on-chain oracle data. Participants acknowledge that prediction markets involve financial risk and that staked funds may be lost.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to: manipulate market prices or engage in wash trading; submit false or misleading information intended to influence market resolution; circumvent access restrictions through technical means; impersonate other users or entities; engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Violation of these terms may result in permanent restriction from the Platform.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Predixa is not responsible for losses resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, network congestion, or adverse market outcomes. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Predixa's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Predixa. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without explicit written permission. Open-source smart contracts are subject to their respective licenses as published in our public repositories.
7. Amendments
Predixa reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via official channels including the Platform interface and our community channels.
